Sweet Retreat

Okay, who has a man in their family that loves to fish? If you do here is a cake for him! This "Big Fish" cake was for a young mans 56th birthday celebration. It is a vanilla cake with a milk chocolate ganache filling. The top icing is a combination of a thin layer of buttercream and fondant for the perfect smooth finish. The details are air brushed for a realistic look. Al (the birthday boy) said the cake was to good to eat at his party and took it to work for more people to see it before he would cut into it. Too cute!
