Sweet Retreat

This three tiered stacked wedding cake was a simple design jazzed up with some beautiful thick black satin ribbon with snow leopard print paper in the center, which was supplied by Paper Artistry.  The top 8" and middle 10" tiers are a vanilla cake with a lemon zest filling and the bottom 12" tier is a chocolate cake with a milk chocolate ganache filling. All three round cakes are iced with a thin layer of buttercream and then finished with fondant. The bride and groom had an absolutley beautiful vintage style topper. The cake was delivered and assembled at Cecil Green Park House in UBC Vancouver BC.  The venue and the wedding day co-ordinating was taken care of by Kerry Reid/Fairy Godmother Weddings, a stunning job well done!
