A display to satisfy both the bride and the groom.  Rita is a chocolate lover so naturally she was in love with the idea of cupcakes both vanilla and chocolate with both white and dark chocolate ganache icing. Tony on the other hand was not a cake fan and he was in love with the idea of fresh fruit tarts. What a fabulous combination for their weding display! The also had a top cake for the traditional cake cutting portion of the ceremony.
